If you are using purchase orders (PO's) for all your goods in you can use the Smartcode app to book stock into your stock control system and also ensure the items delivered match the PO that you have generated.
To begin, enter the PO number on your device by tapping the manual entry icon
You can then enter the PO number
The PO will then be displayed on screen
You can then proceed with scanning the items to increment the counts, you also have the option of long pressing an order line to enter the count manually.
A line will turn green when all goods have been scanned
If you wish to save your progress and come back to complete the scanning of the PO later you can tap the save icon
Once you have completed your PO scanning the stock can be booked into your system by tapping the 'Book In' icon.
A confirmation message will be displayed before the stock is booked in.
Once the stock has been booked in a confirmation message will be given.
