If you notice an issue with an WMS stock item not integrating correctly with eBay, you can refer to the Integration Errors page:

From here you can search for the stock item which may be incorrectly integrated with a channel.
SKU errors:
A typical example would be "SKU(x) does not exist in Non-ManageBySKU item specified by ItemID(y)"
In this scanerio you would need to confirm that you have used the correct SKU for the channel. To verify, click the Product Code shown and then locate the channel for the SKU in question.
Clicking the channel link will show the integrated eBay item ID and the SKU in use. If either of these are incorrect they can be adjusted and saved.
Item Errors:
A typical example would be "The item (x) specified in your input is invalid, not activated, or no longer in our database"
This type of error would occur if the eBay listing has been ended external to the WMS system. There could be a new listing created or this item is no longer for sale.
In this scanerio you would need to confirm that you have used the correct item ID for the item. To verify, click the Product Code shown and then locate the channel for the SKU in question.
Clicking the channel link will show the integrated eBay item ID. If the item is no longer for sale on eBay the channel checkbox should be removed. If the item ID is incorrect it can be adjusted and saved.
