To connect this integration, you will require a login to the DX Freight API system which you can obtain via your DX Freight account manager.

This integration supports the following DX services:

Overnight

Overnight pre 9.30am

Overnight pre noon

Saturday delivery

Saturday pre 9.30

Three Day Two man overnight

Two man standard

 

To install the app, navigate to the Linnworks Application Store and search for "DX". This will allow you to install or manage the application.

 

 

Once installed the application will appear as a Shipping Application within Linnworks. To view navigate to Shipping > Integrations to configure the application.

 

 

First of all select the "Config" button to enter your API credentials (available via your DX Freight account manager).

 

 

At this point you may also enter a fixed delivery note which would be used as a default in absence of a Linnworks delivery note against the order. Once all details are entered click "Next" to save the confiuration.

 

To add specific services to Linnworks, select the "Services" button. Here you can add any required services to the system:

 

 

Once added, you can name the service using the "Linnworks Service" text box.

 

 

Once the service is added, you can then further configure the service using the "Edit" button. This will allow you to specify the DX Shipping Contents.

 

 

Once all required services have been added, they will become available to use with Linnworks. 

 

Troubleshooting

If you experience a "Login Failed" error, you should verify the API credentials have been entered correctly in the Shipping Service Configuration above. If the error persists you would need to contact your DX Account Manager and ensure the API credentials which you have are correct and authorised.
