If you have been contacted by Smartcode Support and asked to change the server your Smartcode print installation points to please navigate to the following folder in Windows
C:\Program Files (x86)\Smartcode Solutions\Smartcode
In there you will find an AppSettings.json file.
Open this file in notepad and replace the existing server names with the ones Smartcode Support provided you with then save the file.
